PROJECT SAMPLES
As the Chief Product Officer of InMotion Global, Inc., I was Nathan’s direct supervisor while he was employed by us in his role as UI/UX Designer for our product, AscendTMS. In this capacity, Nathan consistently exemplified his intelligence, creativity, and thoroughness in the work he did for us.
Nathan was always very thoughtful about his approach to UI/UX design and would bring myriads of ideas on how to improve our application for the betterment of our users’ experience. From designing a new updated look for our main product (a multi-tenant, SaaS web application) including new fonts, icons and a “cleaner” look, to establishing design specifications for consistency in use of colors, buttons and functionality across the app, to suggesting a new UI paradigm for presenting data, Nathan’s abundant creativity was always evident. He presented ideas not only for immediate implementation in our application, but also far-reaching ideas of where we could take our app in the future.
Nathan was always very thorough in his work and would endeavor to consider and understand all available user perspectives and variables when designing UI/UX elements & functionality. He was not afraid to canvass many project stakeholders for their input, ideas and suggestions before considering all aspects of a design.
Nathan was a team player who would present many variations of his designs for team feedback. He was comfortable speaking with anyone in the company, from the CEO to developers & software engineers to customer service and sales reps. Nathan also exhibited the ability to be self-directed when necessary. Even when given broad guidelines as to his next project, he would find specific tasks on his own to move the project forward.
In summary, I believe Nathan’s broad experiences and abundant creativity give him a unique perspective that would bring new ideas to any organization. Please feel free to reach out to me or to our HR department for any further information.
